You would be
surprised to find that a tarp with grommets, paracord, couple of sticks,
and rocks can keep you dry during a storm. It really is that simple. It's not
the most elaborate solution but the cost is cheap, it can be built in minutes,
and most importantly it will keep you dry when you weren't planning on
encountering a storm.
